GDPR Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. The Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 called “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”), provides for a guarantee system to protect the treatments that are carried out on personal data. In particular, art. 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, establishes that at the time of the collection of personal data a series of information is provided about the purposes and methods of their processing. Therefore, in relation to the personal data that are processed, we wish to inform you of the following.
1) Purpose of data processing
The processing of personal data is aimed at the management and correct evasion of the services provided by the site.

Navigation Data
The IT systems and related software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data may also be communicated, in close relation to the purposes indicated above, also to the following subjects or categories of subjects: – for the purposes referred to in the previous point 1): to internal / external collaborators of our Company for consultancy and accounting obligations and administrative or for mandates following administrative / legal disputes; 2) to any other subjects, to whom the legal and / or contractual legislation in force provides for the obligation of communication

Provision of data
The provision of personal data for the processing referred to in point 1) above is necessary to be able to register and to send requests through the site.

Dissemination of data
Personal data will not be disclosed by us.

Transfer of Data Abroad
Data may be transferred abroad for purposes related to the provision of the requested services.

Rights of the interested party
L’art. 7 of the Privacy Code grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including those of obtaining from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their making available in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, as well as of the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, correction or, if there is interest, the integration of data; to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons.
