Hello everybody. New podcast Tips. Welcome back. I remind you to go to my page www.marcoprincipi.it to find other contents and other podcasts.

These days I was wondering what my favorite book was. it’s a difficult question I can’t answer. I don’t know what your favorite book is.

But thinking about it I have a book that has really changed me, perhaps who really struck me in Dostoevsky’s eyes. Think of that book that I was forced to read a book that I would never read I probably didn’t even know Dostoevsky. Yes I knew him as an author but I never read his book.

At first a real huge brick. I didn’t even have to study reading for the History of Contemporary Philosophy exam of a book that I all considered a book if thaumaturgical, an incredible book, idiotic because it is the same protagonist as the prince who explains to us why he is considered an idiot.

There are also those who believe me an idiot. I never found out why I was actually so sick that I wasn’t very different from an idiot.

But how is it possible that you are an idiot even now when I first realize that people consider me as such. I go inside I think they thought I was an idiot. But I’m smart and they don’t suspect it. it’s an amazing book.

There are many phrases that are then used as aphorisms or are now the fashion of the moment that the influence was to put photos and phrases that have nothing to do with photos and often the phrases of Dostoevsky and L ‘are used. Dostoevsky’s idiot how beauty will save the world or compassion the most important perhaps the only law of life of the whole of humanity.

To me these things drive me crazy using phrases that are part of a book to justify a post completely contextualized by people who have not even read the book. To me it really drives anyone crazy coming back to us.

What really struck me about this book that made me reflect so much is the concept of truth precisely this principle the disease is never explained which for which it behaves in a strange way, it is the greatest strangeness is to speak without filters and always and only tell the truth.

This book makes us reflect on the power of truth but also on the danger that lies behind the truth. Why precisely for this philosophical book. Because the truth is powerful the truth throws things in your face. But it can also cause tragedy. Sometimes the truth can really hurt by putting people in trouble.

Tragic things also happen in the book because of this revealed truth, so even a nice philosophical concept must always be told the truth or sometimes in some specific cases it is better to change it slightly or completely change it.

I think it is a very personal choice but I really recommend you to read it because it really makes you think. Those who say I always tell the truth do not exist. It’s not absolutely true. If that were the case, they would no longer have anyone close to them and would create tragedies everywhere.

A book that also contains another concept than that of how we live our life. And when the author throws himself into the book with there is something that had actually happened he had been sentenced to death.

And he writes that the days before this execution he prayed to God. He said if only you will give me a chance to live again. I will completely change my life I will live every moment as if it were the last and I will make the most of it.

And then cynically he tells us once that I was there was an amnesty and I was released I resumed living as I always did. We often manage this thing not. I want to live as if it were the last moment, this too I often see in posts. I want to live every moment every second. But it’s not that easy.

It is not so easy to change our mood of our way of thinking our way of life, it is really only the speech of the brick under the speech of the effort we have to make every day and free in the moment our life means going around making a mess it means to really say really live and live and discover and know reality therefore what is behind this concept is knowledge.

If we value our life by discovering by helping having compassion for others and knowing more and more we seek and give meaning to our life and giving real meaning to our life. We also infect the people around us. So think about this and if you feel like it if you have time because it will take time to read the whole book read Dostoevsky’s The Idiot. Thank you all.
